I am a Functional Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience. I work with clients who are dealing with long-term unresolved health issues. These are often people who have seen 3 to 5 medical doctors and are unhappy with their medications and lack of results. I use food and food-based supplements to help clients rebuild their immune system, and other organ systems that are not functioning well. I make recommendations regarding foods that may be appropriate to eliminate from one's diet, and that may be responsible for inflammatory conditions. Healthy foods, and the nutrients in them, are the basic building blocks of a healthy body.

I also work with women who have hypothyroidism, a family history of diabetes or have had gestational diabetes to learn how to become their healthiest best self.
