Hannah works with individuals aged 15 and up and has a special interest in supporting athletes and former athletes—people who often experience unique challenges related to performance, food, and body image. She brings experience from higher levels of care and has supported clients with a wide range of eating disorder diagnoses, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder (BED), ARFID, and OSFED.

Since then, I have obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and am currently on the board of directors of the National Lipid Association and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the NYU School of Medicine. My sub-specialty is weight management (loss/gain) and heart health (cholesterol, blood pressure, familial hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and pre-diabetes, and metabolic syndrome).

I use visuals and measures to bring points home and clear, you don't have to take notes, I do give handouts which you might never have to read because my points are always clear.
