As a result, I take a great deal of time and care to ensure they each receive the support, guidance, and expertise they deserve. My aim is not only to help think about what to eat but help empower those to find peace, health and mindfulness as they work toward their goals. I do not believe in diets or restricting foods or food groups. Instead, I believe in focusing on WHY we eat related to our forever changing bodies so we can understand the food choices we make.
