About
Hi, I'm Zoe Halbert a registered and licensed dietitian. I am passionate about helping people create a healthy relationship with food and body. I have experience with eating disorders, diabetes, food allergies and intolerances as well as many other food related issues. One of my goals is to help people love real food, eat without guilt and discover their health and enjoy all that life has to offer. I love helping people create or restore their relationship with food, your body and your mental/physical health. It is important to put trust in your healing journey so you can stop putting your life on hold and do all you want to do.
Through my internship, I discovered a passion for working with eating disorders and disordered relationships with food. I want to help you meet your physical and emotional needs in a way that is sustainable and fits your values and lifestyle.
A little about me - I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science from UT Austin. I have worked in both the inpatient and outpatient sectors. In my free time I love to rock climb, read and spend time with my friends and family. Oh and I really enjoy yoga too! I look forward to hearing from you.
