I found the food choices and variety to be subpar in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and even grocery stores! This set me on a path to learn more about how nutrition impacts one's life and longevity.

I've worked in hospitals, long-term care, and telenutrition, serving clients from 7 to 100+. No matter your background or condition, I'm here for you. Specialties include chronic disease, intuitive eating, weight management, and pre/postnatal nutrition. Let's improve your health together!
