Many of my clients feel out of control around food, stuck in restrictive or binge cycles, or disconnected from their bodies. I take a compassionate, weight-inclusive, and trauma-informed approach, helping clients understand the root of their struggles, rebuild trust with their bodies, and move toward a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and themselves.
