Faith specializes in working with those interested in PCOS, IBS, GI Conditions, Infertility Nutrition, Low FODMAP, bariatrics, and more. She believes that food choices should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her past experiences have fueled her particular interest in health and wellness, and she loves helping clients find creative ways to make food both nourishing and healing. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Faith aims to help patients form positive relationships with food that will promote long-lasting healthy habits.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience in sports nutrition, eating disorders & disordered eating in children and adults, pediatric nutrition, gastrointestinal issues, body image concerns, and food allergies. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. I then earned my Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Auburn University while completing research on the Mediterranean Diet. I completed my dietetic internship at the University of Houston with a focus on sports nutrition and disordered eating.

I am a registered dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition, and Certified Lactation Counselor with close to 20 years of practice in pediatrics and gastrointestinal health. I specialize in food allergy and intolerance, including eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), celiac disease, food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES) and maternal diet elimination for breastfeeding babies with food protein-induced allergy. I am passionate about helping others to navigate their food allergies or intolerances and nourish the body despite food eliminations.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.
