As a clinician I desire to come along side those who want to become a healthier version of themselves. A few of my passions are supporting those with diabetes, eating disorders and disordered eating, and women's health issues (such PCOS). I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Nutrition Therapy having worked in hospital and outpatient settings. Outside working as a clinical dietitian in the hospital, I have worked in diabetes education, provided support in family medicine practice, and in recent years I have provided support to those with eating disorders and disordered eating.
Finding the right support can be challenging. I understand that each client is unique and has their own specific needs and desires. My goal is to help clients develop a healthier relationship with food.
