Gwen is a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience in the field of Nutrition and the owner of Sage Nutrition Solutions. She is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Gwen is an advocate of balanced nutrition and has an all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle philosophy.
