She started her journey as a dietitian in higher levels of care in Philadelphia before making the move to join the Texas community this year in 2023.

Paulina Rodriguez moved to Texas when she was 11 from Puebla, Mexico. She attended The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em!) and became an RD soon after that. After gaining a strong base of Clinical Nutrition working in a hospital, she realized how much she believed in the power of education and transitioned to nutrition counseling.She is passionate about helping people build sustainable and nourishing habits, so that they can live life at the fullest. She loves being outdoors, being active, reading, running, spending time with friends and family, and she is truly obsessed with cats.
