I am a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDS) and owner of Horizon Nutrition Counseling, LLC. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

Carrie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them make healthy and sustainable diet changes that support their lifestyle. She believes that food should not only be used to nourish the mind and body, but should be positively enjoyed as well. Carrie takes pride in her extensive experience as an outpatient dietitian. Her active listening skills and knowledge gives her the insight to work closely with clients to create their own individual path to wellness. Carrie values learning about each individual and their story, and believes everyone deserves to feel healthy.

Hey there! I first went plant-based in 2017 due to health complications including high blood pressure. I ran into many roadblocks and could not find anyone who specialized in plant-based nutrition to help. This is what led to my focus on vegan/plant-based nutrition.
