As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. Kara Blohm, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, CDCES is a Chicago area Registered Dietitian, she holds two Master of Science degrees from San Diego State University - one in Nutritional Science and one in Exercise Physiology. Kara is a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) providing clear and concise education for diabetes management, helping you create healthy habits so diabetes fits into YOUR desired lifestyle.
