As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Yoga Instructor I focus on combining evidence based nutrition recommendations with holistic lifestyle interventions to help clients reach their desired goals. I provide nutrition counseling to a variety of conditions from digestive disorders such as IBS, GERD and SIBO to cancer patients & survivors, and more.
