I look at the total person when doing the patient's nutritional assessment and evaluation. At Alyssa Lavy Nutrition & Wellness, our team focuses on repairing gut health and food relationships. Our nutrition experts specialize in digestive health, sports nutrition and eating disorders, using our foodie-first approach and motivational interviewing skills.
