I am the dietitian for people who like to eat! I can show you how to make healthy food choices that also taste delicious. It is truly possible to eat a healthy diet and not feel deprived. Whether you want to lose weight, manage your diabetes or tune-up your diet, you will have the information you need to succeed.
I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with over 30 years of experience in diet and nutrition. I hold a Masters Degree from Teachers College Columbia University in Public Health Nutrition. I have experience training students, home health aides and medical professionals in nutrition. I give lectures and workshops to the general public.
An initial nutrition counseling session includes a diet and lifestyle evaluation. Your current lab work is also reviewed. I then make specific recommendations. Together we develop an individualized meal plan. Follow-up visits include a review of your food diary, feedback on the meal plan plus any diet/lifestyle concerns you may have. Call: 203-532-9880.
