I work with clients 16 years old and older. Specialties include but are not limited to: weight loss, diabetes management, disordered eating, improving body image, IBS/IBD, and more. I help clients reach their nutrition goals as well as gain the knowledge and skills to move on from appointments confident in their abilities to maintain whatever changes they have made.

My approach to nutrition and fitness is simplified sustainability - creating habits that you can feasibly commit to for the long haul. Rather than looking for a quick fix, I help my clients discover ways to reach their health and body composition goals that are enjoyable, realistic, and backed by science.
