The number one thing I hear is "I know what I need to do, but I'm not doing it." My intention is to break down that barrier to help start doing it. My ideal client is someone who wants and/or needs to make changes to their diet and lifestyle, but looking for a professional who can guide them and provide accountability. Whether this is for weight loss, heart health, diabetes, sports nutrition or just for eating healthier, my goal is support you.

I am board certified in obesity and weight management. I am also well-versed in managing high cholesterol, diabetes, sports nutrition and general healthy eating. I utilize evidence based data to provide reliable nutrition information. My goal is to make nutrition counseling accessible by utilizing telehealth and accepting health insurance.

I grew up in an Italian-American family in DelCo (if you know, you now) where food was everything. For me, it was a sense of coping. Since making changes to my health and losing weight on my own, I now realize you don't need to do this on your own and I've made it my mission to help others.
