I help motivated young adults who struggle with disordered eating break the dieting cycle for good and help them rebuild a healthy relationship with food. I help my clients dismantle years of disordered eating behaviors and teach them how to finally NOURISH their bodies again. No more thinking about food every second of every day. No more guilt-riddled binges in the middle of the night. No more meticulous calorie counting. YOU deserve more than that. Instead, I empower my clients to enjoy ALL foods, honor their hunger/fullness, and challenge disordered thoughts.
As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I use tactics rooted in science such as nutrition education and DBT to help my clients reach nutritional stability and eliminate ED behaviors. I have extensive experience helping those with OCD, ADHD, Anxiety/Depression, and BPD pursue recovery in a way that works for them.
