During the initial appointment, we set aside ample time to complete a comprehensive nutrition & health evaluation. We go over everything step by step until we have a clear picture of how we can help you live your healthiest life possible. After your initial appointment, we provide accountability & support as well as recipes, nutrition education & meal plans!
