Hello, I am Virginia (Gigi) a registered dietitian, psychotherapist, and yoga and mindfulness teacher. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders/disordered eating, are in a journey of healing their relationships with food and exercise and want reconnection with their bodies.
I also provide bioindividualized medical nutrition therapy for diverse health conditions such as GI disorders like IBS, GERD, dysbiosis, motility issues, nutritional imbalances, and mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
I use a biopsychosocial-spiritual model which takes into consideration the whole person and various environmental factors that might impact individual's health and wellbeing. I also use functional and integrative nutrition principles and tools to address root causes of diverse physical and mental health imbalances and support individuals to heal long term.
