With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

I am a registered dietitian and specialize in performance (sports) nutrition. I am experienced in working with high-level adolescent and adult athletes, and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities. My past and current clients include top 10 NCAA recruits, Olympic Trials qualifiers, NFL players, and other professional athletes.

Anne is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them make healthy and sustainable diet changes that support their lifestyle and hormonal health. Holly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, IBS, and Digestive issues. Holly is passionate about assisting her clients find peace with food and their bodies. She uses a weight inclusive and non-judgemental approach to support her patients in breaking harmful cycles of dieting. Holly has 3 years of experience treating clients with eating disorders in higher levels of care including residential (RES) and partial hospitalization program (PHP).

Marla Ablon, RDN, LD, graduated with honors from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas. As a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, Marla shares the ACLM’s vision: “A world in which all physicians and health professionals have been trained and certified in evidence-based lifestyle medicine, integrating healthful behaviors into their own lives, while incorporating a lifestyle medicine-first approach to treating root causes of lifestyle-related diseases into their clinical practices.”

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Kristin specializes in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, PCOS, Digestive Conditions, IBS, Low FODMAP, Chron's, and Pre/Post Natal Nutrition. Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.
