She coaches individuals, couples, and groups who want to improve their health and wellness. Dr. Heard has many years of experience working with people who have a wide range of health conditions. She primarily works with women and men of all ages as well as teenagers.

I am a white, queer, registered dietitian (RDN) and certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with extensive experience in food justice, trauma-aware counseling, and embodiment coaching.
