As a Registered Dietitian – Nutritionist I strive to help my clients repair their relationship with food, improve their body image and uncover their self-worth. Through a combination of nutritional therapies based on scientific evidence, I teach my clients how to achieve innate health.
Much of the magic lies in the simple structure of meals and snacks throughout the day and the balance of nutrients included in those. I help my clients build habits in to their day to achieve this. I teach my clients how to change their mindset, so that they constantly have the motivation and ability to sustain these habits.
