My name is Julie Jaskiewicz and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Diabetes Educator. I have worked in a diabetes center for over 25 years and have also maintained a private practice at Montclair Health Associates for almost as long. I enjoy working with people to help them attain their goals whether that is to improve their health by lowering the blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels or to lose weight. I am dietitian with a passion to mend your relationship with food. I desire to help my clients gain a better understanding of nutrition while gaining trust in food and their bodies through nutrition therapy. I have a Masters of Science at Columbia University in Diabetes Education and Management and offer a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to this population. My professional specialty includes assisting those with eating disorders, history of chronic dieting or bariatric surgery, PCOS, diabetes and pre-diabetes. Ultimately I love what I do and am passionate to help each individual see food as source of balance, fuel and love.
