I’m a registered dietitian who helps adults and children navigate eating disorder recovery, pediatric feeding disorders, ARFID, intuitive eating, picky eating, and anti-diet vegan nutrition. My approach to nutrition counseling is compassionate and evidence-based. I practice from a weight-neutral HAES lens.
