I am a Chicago suburb-based Dietitian who received my Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Southern Illinois University. I completed my dietetic internship and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, obtained her RD certificate after her dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin in Green bay, and later finished her Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago. She is passionate about helping others reach their fitness, health, and wellness goals, while understanding there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.
