Dr. Heard is a Licensed and Board Certified Doctor of Clinical & Functional Nutrition, and Certified Nutrition Specialist®. She coaches individuals, couples, and groups who want to improve their health and wellness. Dr. Heard has many years of experience working with people who have a wide range of health conditions. Alex is a board-certified lead dietitian at one of New York's largest hospitals. He started his private practice to improve access to nutritional counseling and build deep, long-term relationships with patients who are managing nutrition-related health conditions. His work focuses on patients with both chronic and acute/severe conditions, ranging from rapid weight change to cancer.
