I work with adults, and their families to prevent future heart attacks and strokes using science based nutrition. I work with individuals who have had a previous heart attack, bypass surgery, or you have increased risk. I also see individuals with various heart conditions such as atrial fibrillation (Afib), heart failure, cardiomyopathy, increased CAC score, familial hypercholesterolemia, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I create personalized science based nutrition programs and packages with a high success rate.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator who specializes in Cardiology and optimizing your heart function. I completed a vigorous clinical residency and graduated with a MS in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. I have over 10+ years of experience counseling individuals on chronic disease prevention and management.
My goal is for my clients to become their own patient advocate, to understand their bodies, and to be knowledgeable about their health and medical care. I give my clients my full attention, enthusiasm, and knowledge to provide them with the tools necessary to be comfortable in any food situation.
