As a result of COVID, I transitioned to virtual patient care and education services targeting women with diabetes in pregnancy, and regularly teaches virtual childbirth education classes.

Jill Gulotta, MS, RDN, CDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist and Therapist with offices in New York City and Tarrytown, NY. Jill holds a holds a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.

I started my career in clinical nutrition with a weight loss of over 70 lbs. Since then, I have obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and am currently on the board of directors of the National Lipid Association and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the NYU School of Medicine. My sub-specialty is weight management (loss/gain) and heart health (cholesterol, blood pressure, familial hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and pre-diabetes, and metabolic syndrome).

Jessica specializes in working with PCOS, Disordered/Eating Disorders, Infertility Nutrition, Pre/Post Partum, Hormonal Imbalances, and other areas. She believes that a diet should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. She works with her clients to identify their goals, understand their lifestyle and preferences, and create a plan that fits their unique needs. Jessica also recognizes that food is more than just fuel for the body – it is often tied to emotions, memories, and cultural traditions. As such, she helps her clients to build a positive relationship with food.

Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Diabetes Educator(CDE) and Pediatric Nutrition Specialist with over 40 years of clinical experience. I have treated people of all ages and backgrounds basing my advice on state of the art, well-established nutrition care guidelines supported by most major medical organizations. Due to my extensive background in clinical and outpatient pediatric nutrition, I am excited to bring parent feeding counseling and an individualized child non-diet approach to the Capital District of New York.

Irina Belfer-Lehat RD., CDN founded the Nutrition Solutions firm on the premises that through education, young and old alike are empowered to make healthy choices for themselves and their families. My mission is to enable my clients to optimize their health through nutrition education.
