Stacey Simon is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a passion for serving the adult and older adult population. She has worked with thousands of clients with a variety of nutrition concerns, including unintentional weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart health, healthy aging, and general wellbeing. I have been a dietitian since 2017 and have learned so much throughout the years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at Kansas State University, and is currently completing her Master's degree in Dietetics there as well. Rachel has been practicing as a dietitian for the past 4 years, and has experience working in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric facilities, and community health. Rachel currently specializes in diabetes, and understands that managing health and chronic diseases can rob a person of their intuition and trust in their body, leading to a discordance with their relationship with food and their body.
