I focus my attention on the uniqueness of an individual. I try to reach the widest demographic of people, where I share generalized and/or specific nutritional knowledge, based on the individual's need. My specialization includes working with individuals' in eating disorder treatment/recovery, those undergoing body image restoration, and those with disordered relationships with food and/or their bodies, so that they have the highest quality of life. I joined Food Freedom Therapy because I believe everyone can enjoy food freedom!
With 8+ years of formal nutritional education under my belt, I have realized that our relationship with food reaches far greater than the foods we actually consume.
My work is designed around helping individuals feel confident in their bodies’, improve their body image, and healing past and current relationships with food while developing/nurturing a positive relationship with food and your body for the rest of your life.
