I’m here to help. I’ve worked with clients with various health conditions and nutrition concerns. I don’t believe that diets are feasible or effective long-term. I feel that restrictive eating practices create problems rather than solving them. I work with individuals and families to help them make peace with food through realistic, sustainable changes.
