Hi! I'm Erin Dragutsky, a registered dietitian in Memphis, TN and co-owner of 901 Nutrition, LLC. I am a non-diet dietitian, which means I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach nor restrict or eliminate foods or food groups. Instead, I work to understand each client's unique nutrition needs and goals and provide personalized nutrition information, encouragement, and accountability. Together, my clients and I change their relationship and behaviors around food by growing to trust their own intuition.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist passionate about helping people lose weight and transform into the best version of themselves. At Nutrition Wellness, I work with clients to empower them physically to not only learn how to lose weight and build healthy relationships with food, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually guide them into becoming the best version of themselves. As a Nutritionist and Wellness coach, I believe that every person has the power to become their physical best, and transform externally and internally, into manifesting their goals and ultimately, living the life they were meant to live.

Jess is passionate Registered Dietitian who strives to help individuals foster a positive relationship with food that incorporates intuitive eating, listening to your body’s hunger/fullness cues, and learning flexible eating habits to support overall nutrition. She is committed to helping others overcome eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieting, while providing a safe space to feel heard and understood while doing so. Jess believes in providing individualized, evidence-based care.

Kristin specializes in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, PCOS, Digestive Conditions, IBS, Low FODMAP, Chron's, and Pre/Post Natal Nutrition, and Diabetes. Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.
