Regardless of what brings someone to their first nutrition appointment, my favorite type of patient is someone who wants to develop a healthy relationship with food and is motivated to make lasting changes. I’ve found that these qualities are key to success, no matter the nutrition-related concern—from eating disorders to weight management. Because I primarily work with children, this often means supporting the whole family. I also have a special place in my heart for children with developmental disabilities and love helping their families create healthy habits tailored to their unique needs.
For my pediatric patients, I work with parents and children to set realistic, achievable goals that support lifelong healthy habits while considering each child’s developmental stage and readiness for change. With adults, we take a similar approach, collaborating on an individualized, patient-centered plan based on your unique needs and nutrition concerns.
Tiffany is currently accepting patients of all ages who are ready to heal their relationship with food and body and pursue health and wellness through nutrition. Virtual appointments are available and covered by insurance.
