About
Eating disorder treatment can feel scary and intimidating. I get that! Recovery starts with the first step of reaching out, and that can feel incredibly hard when it means going to an office or facility for the first time. That's why I offer nutrition treatment for eating disorder recovery exclusively via telehealth, so that you can receive help right from where YOUR life happens. I'm a Master's level Registered Dietitian and exclusively specialize in providing nutrition therapy for all eating disorders. I'm honored to have the opportunity to be part of my clients recovery. Providing telehealth in CA, TN, MI, VA, CO, AZ, MS, WA.
I specialize in working with all Eating Disorder types and those along the full spectrum of disordered eating. I am a Board Certified Registered Dietitian by The Commission on Dietetic Registration, hold a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Certificate of Graduate Study in Eating Disorders and Obesity (EDOC) from Northern Illinois University.
My parents are American but I was born in Japan and lived the first 16 years of my life. I have also lived for brief periods in Thailand and the Philippines. I am lucky to be bilingual in English and Japanese.
