As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, I support you in achieving your nutrition, health, weight, eating and wellness goals through carefully tailored, evidence-based medical nutrition therapy (MNT) emphasizing a plant-focused, whole foods approach, specializing in autoimmune disorders, intestinal health, and specialty diets (GF, FODMAP, DASH).
During our sessions, we'll discuss the best nutrition and lifestyle approaches for your health, weight and fitness goals. I can also accommodate telehealth/Zoom video and evening appointments to fit around your busy schedule and we use Healthie for highly effective, confidential on-going client-provider communication in-between appointments.
