Whether you are pregnant, post partum or have older children, food will always play a critical role. However, many people struggle with eating a balanced diet for a number of reasons. I focus one on one with patients to learn about your goals so we can comeup with a plan together that works best for you.
I specialize in prenatal nutrition, postpartum nutrition and nutrition during breastfeeding, and pediatric nutrition for the picky eater as well as pediatric weight management. I offer one on one weekly telehealth counseling sessions or as needed. I also offer meal planning and family nutrition counseling. Visits may be in person as demand increases.
