I am both a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a professional chef, I create menu plans tailored to your preferences, skill level and tastes of delicious healing food! To help you get the right food on the plate, I offer in person cooking classes in the Fort Mill, SC area, virtual cooking classes worldwide.
