Hi! I'm Tara and I am an anti-diet dietitian. My mission is to utilize a personalized, evidence-based approach to rebuild and ultimately heal your relationship with food and body. Through virtual nutrition counseling, we can address disordered eating, emotional eating, negative body image, and eating disorders. I offer eating disorder treatment for Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, ARFID, OSFED and disordered eating. I will help you learn how to nourish yourself in a way that works best for you - while leaving the restrictive and compulsive mindset behind.
I practice with a compassionate, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, non-diet approach. More importantly, I value your innate wisdom and lived experience, and place you at the center of our work together. After all, you are the expert on you.
