Recovery from an eating disorder is about more than changing food-related behaviors. It often requires dismantling belief systems that no longer serve you and rebuilding your relationship with your entire self. As a Resident in Counseling, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), I can help you navigate this daunting process. I have a special interest in working with co-occuring OCD and eating disorders. Whether you're taking your first steps towards asking for help or navigating decades of struggle, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
I have specialized in the treatment of eating disorders for over a decade, gaining most of my career experience in higher level of care treatment. I work with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, rumination disorder, and OSFED. I see clients as young as 8 years old through all ages of adulthood.
Grounded in Relational Cultural Theory, my approach centers around the belief that healing happens through authentic, meaningful relationships, and that feeling genuinely seen, understood, and connected creates the foundation for lasting change.
