I believe the food we eat is the first step in our individual recovery. Whether it is recovering from an eating disorder, emotional eating, diet cycling, or managing physical or mental health concerns, I take a personalized approach to support my clients and make nutrition simple. It includes a healthy relationship with food, managing stress, sleep, joyful movement and simple nutrition messages that are supportive of your goals and sustainable life-long.
I specialize in working with eating disorders and disordered eating, to achieve freedom from food fears, rules and rituals. Working with your team or helping put one together if needed, I support your nutritional recovery. I also work with those who suffer with anxiety and depression, to learn how nutrition can support mood and mental health.
My mission is to make nutrition simple and shift the focus from a number on the scaIe to a focus on energy, sleep, stress management, health concerns and feeling good in your body. I take a Health at Every Size approach and am trauma informed. I offer day, evening virtual appointments. Be well.
