Emiliya Subev is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist with Board Certification in Oncology Nutrition by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has 13 years of experience helping people lose weight and take control of their health and wellness. Her specialities are weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, type 2 diabetes, elevated cholesterol, kidney disease and cancer.

I am a registered dietitian with over fifteen years experience. I became a RD to help people live their healthiest lives. My varied nutrition background helps me bring a unique view to working with clients. I have worked in hospitals, schools, food pantries, and in agriculture. I am a mom of three young kids and our family loves to stay active. Whether it is swimming in the summer (we're just outside of Chicago!), skiing/snowboarding in the winter, or family walks around our neighborhood, we like to keep busy! In my free time, I love to practice pilates.

Our relationship with food is the most consistent and intimate connection we have in our lifetime. Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) that specializes in plant-based eating, sports nutrition, & the intersection of the two. She also likes to work with those who have ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) due to her own lived experience & because there are not many dietitians who have experience in or understand it. She is a former high school science teacher with a M.Ed in science education who changed careers to become a RDN. She is also an avid runner & former division 1 cross country/ track athlete, who is enthusiastic about & fueled by a vegan diet. Amanda is also a UESCA Certified Running Coach.

Dana’s individualized approach focuses on educating athletes about the importance of nutrition for maximizing success in their sport, while establishing healthy behaviors to benefit them long after their athletic careers.
