Hi! My name is Brittney, and I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. I believe there are strong relationships between nutrition, physical activity, and mental health. I started my career at a gym where I created a nutrition counseling program and worked as a personal trainer. Since then, I have worked in Nebraska on the UNL sports nutrition team and in Arizona at an interdisciplinary outpatient clinic specializing in obesity medicine. I am passionate about educating others and strive to help others achieve their goals and lead healthier lifestyles.

I have worked in eating disorders as the lead dietitian at IP, RTC, and PHP level of care for 4.5 years. I work with extensive medical complications resulting from the eating disorder, including gastroparesis, bariatric surgeries, allergies, enteral feedings, autoimmune disorders, diabetes (pre-diabetes, Type II, and type I), COPD, EDS, and POTS. I have also worked with individuals who struggle with co-occurring BPD, severe depression, anxiety, self harm, OCD, substance abuse, and other addictions. I work with individuals with significant trauma, and understand how this impacts one's relationship with food and body.
