I have been a licensed dietitian for over a year now and have worked in clinical and wellness settings. I enjoy building positive relationships with my clients and providing them with a unique and realistic plan that meets their nutritional needs. I have experience working with a variety of individuals with cardiovascular disease, allergies/intolerances, GI disorders, diabetes, autoimmune disorders/diseases, sports performance, and weight management.

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).

Mary Rader is a clinical dietitian who offers individual and family nutrition consultations. Mary tailors nutrition consultations to meet the unique needs of each client to achieve weight loss and overall health. She provides education, guidance, and lifestyle modifications- empowering the client to set goals to transform their health.

I have been a dietitian since 2017 and have learned so much throughout the years. I specialize in renal disease, transplant (pre or post), diabetes, blood pressure, or cholesterol management and weight loss. I enjoy developing a good relationship with patients, not just learning about their diet, but their overall lifestyle. I am very flexible depending on patient's learning preferences and am happy to adjust education as needed. I look forward to working with new clients and helping as much as I can!

Catherine obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Catherine has experience developing nutrition programs for a health and well-being company and a rehabilitation center. Kara Blohm, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, CDCES is a Chicago area Registered Dietitian, she holds two Master of Science degrees from San Diego State University - one in Nutritional Science and one in Exercise Physiology. Kara is a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) providing clear and concise education for diabetes management, helping you create healthy habits so diabetes fits into YOUR desired lifestyle. She also holds a Board Certification as a Specialist in Sport Nutrition (CSSD), working with recreational athletes and professional athletes alike helping them shatter their performance goals.

I am a weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian who applies the principles of Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating to help clients explore their relationship with food and body. Anna Petersen is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of Illinois. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and has 10+ years of clinical experience, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to complex patients in a fast paced acute care setting. Anna’s experience as an inpatient dietitian has provided her with a strong foundation, working with various disease states as well as diverse populations throughout the lifespan.

Felicity is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who is licensed in the state of Illinois. She completed multiple dietetic internships before graduating with her master’s in nutrition from University of Illinois at Chicago. As a former Division I athlete, she has valuable experience in sports nutrition. She is passionate about nutrition education and became an RD to help people create the best version of themselves.

Elisa Stegman is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from University of Wisconsin. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.
