Komplete Nutrition is compromised of two Registered Dietitians (RDs) that offer medical nutrition therapy and eating disorder counseling. Kylie Peterson MPH, RDN, CDCES, RYT has 9 years of experience working in hospital critical care and out patient settings. Her experience includes extensive GI complications/disease, diabetes, liver, heart and kidney disease, and disordered eating. Kelli Jo Grover MS, RDN has 7 years of experience working with eating disorders. She specializes in complications along side eating disorders including gastroparesis, SMA, EDS, OCD, Trauma, BPD, POTS, bariatric surgeries, and enteral feedings.

My training in nutrition and behavioral health has taught me that there is no one size fit all plan to health and well-being. My approach is that your eating plan needs to match your lifestyle, food preferences, and health goals. Food touches every aspect of our lives, from our performance to how our bodies are feeling, to our behaviors with and around food. My ideal client is one that is ready to heal and to do the work necessary to get there. I am going to be there every step of the way to coach, cheerlead your efforts, and encourage you along the way.

I have a dedication to aid my clients in their journeys out of their eating disorders and beyond the toxic diet culture that pervades our society. I have experience working with anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, OSFED, and disordered eating in ages 14+, and have a soft spot in my heart for teens and young adults. I work with clients who are ready for outpatient level of care including those recently discharged from residential treatment and/or those who are seeking help for the first time.
