Amber is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's in Public Health. She discovered her passion when she became a mother and started merging her background in nutrition with early childhood development and mindful eating practices. She began teaching a course in Family Food & Nutrition in 2008 and has been teaching college courses while juggling motherhood ever since. Her integrative approach to health and wellness in combination with her background in nutrition and experience as a mother make her a wonderful resource. She enjoys interacting with clients to consider how best to help them reach their unique goals.

I am a Non Diet/HAES Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. My passion is to help people who struggle with chronic dieting and eating disorders. I help my clients develop a healthy REAL INTUITIVE relationship with food, by stopping the "food worrying" and labeling food as "good or bad" and becoming their own experts when it comes to listening to their bodies. My approach is very unique and individualized. I work with children, adolescents, college students, adults and all genders.
