Holly Pudwill, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDRD-S is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others achieve their nutrition and lifestyle goals.

When I initially pursued a career in nutrition I was drawn to the idea that something as basic as food could have such a profound effect on health. I was born and raised in north Florida and now reside in central Florida with my husband, son, and dog.
