Mary-Lauren Shelton Vise, RDN, LD, CEDS (owner of Nutrition DiscoveRD) believes in helping clients discover peace with food by challenging the diet mentality, providing nutrition education, and creating a positive relationship between food and body.

My goal is to help you find peace with food, learn to trust your body and it's signals, and feed yourself with nourishment and joy. After working in a treatment center, I have experience working with clients of all ages, and a variety of eating disorder diagnoses, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and ARFID.

For over 10 years, I have worked with active individuals as well as youth, adolescent, collegiate and professional athletes across a variety of sports and activities, helping them to fuel and perform their best, while enjoying ALL of their favorite foods.
