About
Many people know what they like to eat and even the caloric content and composition of each morsel they put in their mouth. I assist my clients to learn why and how to put it all together to achieve the best metabolism possible through their food intake and exercise. I help my clients to become more comfortable with their eating and develop a good relationship with food, nutrition, and health.
My philosophy is to maintain the positive aspects of eating while designing gradual changes to modify the areas that need improvement in order for my clients to achieve optimal nutrition. We work together to define short-term nutritional goals that eventually lead to long-term results.
I individualize my nutritional strategies to enhance my clients' compliance and progress. Educating my clients about the physiological process reinforces compliance and guides them to develop the tools they need for future and and lasting success with their eating.
