About
Hello! I am a clinical dietitian with an interest in disordered eating behaviors. When I was in high school I saw a lot of my peers struggling with body image, self esteem, and disordered eating. This led me to major in both nutrition and psychology in my undergraduate studies. In my dietary counseling sessions, I provide evidence-based information based on years of experience as a clinical dietitian within a Health At Every Size (HAES) framework. That means I'm focused on your health first, not just your weight. When you decide to work with me you will gain the tools necessary to make healthful decisions with confidence.
Do you know someone who seems to be able to eat whatever they want while maintaining their weight and not stressing over it? Well, that is my hope for you. I’d love the opportunity to support you in building a healthy relationship with food and becoming comfortable in your body!
